VAmbience v1.0
VAmbience is a mod that gives GTA IV some more ambient sounds!
Currently Implemented Ambient Sounds
It currently contains distant vehicle sounds like from GTA V, distant gun shoot sounds like in GTA SA and one secret sound!
If you have any suggestions for this mod, like new ambient sounds, more secrets or something, just write a comment!
If you encountered a bug that you would like to report, please post it in the #bug-report channel on my discord!
Requirements
- GTA IV 1080, 1070 and 1040
- ASI Loader

@bztt Yea sure go ahead i don't mind! Note that i wanted to make a all-in-one mod which includes this one, Wanted Music Mod VStyle, GTA V Flying Music for GTA IV, and Death Music IV for IV-SDK .NET. That's something you might want to add instead if that releases someday. You can join my discord to keep updated about mod updates and new mod releases! https://discord.gg/QtAgvkMeJ5

I'm a small YouTuber from Brazil and I made a video of a "remaster" of GTA 4 with mods. I promised my subscribers that I would make an installer with the mods I used. I would like your permission to do so because I used your mod. I'm not making any money to do this I just want to make it easier for people who liked the end result. Your credit is already included in the video I created and will also be in the installer. Can I put it in the installer?

@ItsClonkAndre I did read the description. But as I said, I cannot tell a difference. There's no need to be rude. No one likes to download from someone like that. It's better to be kind and helpful.
So, on that.... I even tried adjusting the volume multiplier in the .ini file to 50, then to 75, etc. still no difference. Volume of cars in distance in the same as default. And no gunshots in distance at all.
No errors either. Log files show that it loaded properly. But still no difference.
Hence, why I said, it's probably not compatible with Complete Edition (1.2.0.59). I wouldn't just say something like that without evidence from my own extensive testing. I'm guessing you have to downgrade to get it to work, which I am not going to do, because my GTA4 is heavily modded, and they all rely on the latest version.

I tested it by putting everything in the root game folder, and I can't tell a difference. There is no real description. Nothing to tell us what to listen for. Maybe it's not compatible with CE (1.2.0.59) after all. Oh well.

@ItsClonkAndre, hi, thanks for your mods,i ll ask this question: why simple traffic mod 1.1 dont work with simple native trainer on 1/0/7/0 or 1/0/4/0?
want to play together this mods, your modification is more quality and less down fps than all traffic scripts, its very good, but why SNT doesnt work(((((((((

For everyone who gets a "Unable to Load VAmbience.asi, Error: 126", i forgot to include bass.dll to the zip archive.
You can download it here: https://gofile.io/d/3T1KJx
Just drag & drop it into your main directory of GTA IV.
