Hey there,
I will first say that i've decided to upload this mod because i had some requests from many people to publish it, so if you don't like it then don't waste you're time.
This visual mod is a combination of ENB Series 0.79 SORA , Visual IV and some tweaks i did.
This mod works only for GTA IV 1.0.4.0
Hope you like it.

Well this is alittle fail becouse i can`t use this settings to my realizm and better texture its ruin my game. But i can use some of your settings and that is great!

Its nice effects and good bloom the reflection is not overdone its good.
This i gonna test and then i make my opinion on this!
