After a lot of tweaking, testing, and cinematic tuning…
I finally made a custom Timecycle + ReShade preset that completely transforms the look of GTA IV.
✔ Realistic lighting
✔ Cinematic atmosphere
✔ Better colors & reflections
✔ Dark nights / vibrant sunsets
✔ Next-gen vibe without killing performance
This preset gives Liberty City a whole new feeling — from rainy neon nights to warm realistic daylight.
Every weather and time was adjusted carefully to make the game look alive and immersive.
? Requirements:
- ReShade installed
- Clean GTA IV version recommended
? Installation included inside the archive.

It’s great to see someone trying to improve and make GTA IV as great as possible, but please don’t use AI just to get attention. This game already has an amazing atmosphere, especially when you add a good timecyc.
