This is my first enb preset I hope you like it

I edited the nighttime timecyc to be less dark and made clouds appear at night by using enbclouds.fx from T-ru's Los Santos Weather enb. Download it here: https://www.gtainside.com/en/gta4/mods/127005-gta-iv-eflc-los-santos-weather-v-8-4-06-06-2021
This is ONLY tested on patch 1.0.7.0, but the original preset supports patch 4 and EFLC. Feel free to expirement with it.
How to install:
1- Extract all contents of "ENB files" folder to your GTA IV directory and confirm overwrite
2- If you use 2dfx, extract IVLodLights.ini from "2dfx" folder to your GTA IV directory
3- If you use ELS, extract enbseries.ini to your GTA IV directory and visualsettings.ini to common/data folder
4- Enjoy

@DJSatrox I said in the description it only works with patch 1.0.7.0.. It won't work on the latest patch.. You have to downgrade your game to be able to use it
