You have uploaded and install in GTA4 a Apple mobile phone, so I think this theme is good for you.
It's the ios 7 theme, with 4 screen themes and 3 types numeric pad. grey/ white and white round.

phone3d-hq_private10.wtd/ phone3d-hq_private11.wtd
phone3d_dial.wtd/ phone3d_hq.wtd/ phone3d_lq.wtd.
in GTAIV/pc/data/cdimage/scripttxds.img
