Windows 98 Themes for GTA IV
Contents: 12 Wallpapers from Windows 98 OS
Installation:
- Open SparkIV or another tool and load "scripttxds.img" from \pc\data\cdimages\
- Replace/import the files and don't forget to make a backup.
- Save and rebuid the archive!
- Start the game and enjoy!

:D Windows 98 wasn't like that. At least Windows 98's logo wasn't like Windows 10's logo's colored one.
