How to install this mod:

go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV

@Der_Slime all you have to do is put it into your Grand theft auto folder done ohh and you need the snt [Simple native trainer] to open it

I have drop the file in to the folder but it isn´t in the game why?
