Try yo install the map with the gta.dat/image.dat i made ! and if it's work then thats mean that you should forget something, but if you already done that then it's weird because it works perfectly for everyone

I just installed the map, but it does not appears. I added the text lines into the files and copied the folder according with the Readbe.txt instructions.
I need to do something after or before?

you can follow the read me file to know how to instal my mods, and about the map placement i'm sorry i've forget to made a picture but it's very close from the airport ! i hope i help you and you can easily find video to know how to instal mapmod in gta4.
