Blimp & Spotlights for GTAIV & EFLC
Original Blimp from GTA V
This mod Add static blimps & night time spotlights
Works with long view distance
Blimp Installation:
1. Place "blimp" folder into /pc/data/maps/
2. Open "gta.dat" in common/data/ & add here:
IDE platform:/DATA/MAPS/BLIMP/BLIMP.IDE
IPL platform:/DATA/MAPS/BLIMP/BLIMP.IPL
3. Open "images.txt" in common/data/ & add here:
platformimg:/data/maps/blimp/blimp 0
Building Spotlights Installation:
1. OpenIV: Replace "manhat07.img & manhat09.img files into /pc/data/maps/manhat/
2. Enjoy!!!
Note: Back up first the files !!!

You need to give proper installation instructions for where exactly the copy and pasted lines need to go, because I've installed the mod, but it's not working.
