Announcement: This mod is sadly, discontinued by me. I don't see a point in updating it since it has issues with game's memory management. Hopefully, someone else in the future would come up with a better way of integrating and optimizing varying plate numbers into the game.
Seeing the same "LIBERTY CITY" text on every license plate bothers you in GTAIV? If so, this is the mod for you. This mod will replace default license plates with variation of number plates for cars.
// NOTES
+ Plates are NOT completely varied. They vary depending on the model of the car. For example: every Senitnel in the game has the same license plate. But when you get in a Cognoscenti, you'll notice that it has a different plate (similar to 3D era GTA games such as SA, LCS).
+ Police cars, ambulances, taxis, buses, trash trucks etc. have special plates.
+ You can see plates from three different states; Liberty City State, Alderney and San Andreas.
+ Rusty cars doesn't have varied plates, they still have LIBERTY CITY ones (might add plates for them too in the future).
+++ This mod will effect car variation very badly. You might only see taxis and maybe 1 - 2 different car models on traffic sometimes. I tried some traffic mods to fix this issue. I got the best results with "Real American Life Traffic v3.0" mod made by "mrchazta" so far. I tried script mods too but they just crashed.
- If you manage to find a better fix for car variation issue, please let me know.
- If you see cars withot a license plate (except the cars that doesn't have any plates at the beginning, like Comet), please let me know.
// INSTALLATION
+ Launch OpenIV
+ Locate pc/models/cdimages/vehicles.img in game files
+ Backup your .wtd files
+ Drag & drop every file in the "Plates" folder to "vehicles.img"

Kardeşim merhaba, modun desteğini kesmişsin ama ben açıkcası modu beğendim. Aslında sağlam bir script modu ile modun klasöründen harfleri, plakayı falan alır, rastgele olarak birleştirir ve arabanın plaka yerine koyar. Bu şekilde aynı GTA V gibi belirli kurallara uymak şartıyla rastgele olarak plaka oyun esnasında oluşturulabilir, tabii bilgisayarı yorar. Ama evet zor iş sanırım. Yine de statik plaka fikri de iyi.

For some reason, the Boxville is screwed up for me - the wheels turn white, and the graffiti/stripes act weird. Now I have modified the plates, but it still is a worrying look.
Also, here's everything you forgot: Pony, Rancher, Rebla, Romero, Sabre, Sabre2, Schafter, Solair, Speedo, Steed & Stratum.

Oh, this is the nod I've been waiting for for so long.
