I think that bulletproof window is something they can put on police cars....

But a very good car know i can chase some guys probely or be chased in style!

It's great, and the ELS light effect is awesome. But the front windscreen is bulletproof, which is a pretty fatal flaw for a GTA cop car (Niko would want to shoot someone through the front glass once in a while)
