TLAD pack 1.1

New liveries for Lost Slamvan that were unused in gta online are now available as well as new custom AOD livery. some minor changes for slamvans model (added licence plate) + new custom colours.
New Hexer for Johnny (you can replace original Hexer, but its better to useas an addon). i tried to recreate early artwork apearence of Hexer, also added unused handling line for it.
New Western Sovereign with extras. ( always spawns with windshield, however it can be removed using mod menu as it is an extra part)
Known bugs: Addon bikes are unusable in gang wars, using them will softlock your game. Also you can't punch enemies in races. That's all for now.
