I present you a car I tooled around with, a beater version of the Marbelle. I always liked the three beater cars we got in IV and wanted more of them. I decided to experiment in 3dsMax and did this.
Bugs: Dirt does not appear properly on the body itself, only on the bumpers, lights, windshields etc. but it's barely noticeable. This is a compromise for a bigger issue I had with this, where the dirt was horrifyingly badly mapped.

Hello friend I really like your modifications for gta 4 I would like if you could make a ford lobo cabin and a half 2001 for gta 4, like my profile picture. You can also look for more photos in GOOGLE unfortunately it is the only one I have,
I would really like the truth since I have looked for it and it does not exist I would really appreciate it

@VLODKOS I export wft's to oft format and then import them with OFIO. It's not the best way but it's the only one I can use for now. I tried in the past to make vehicles in Zmodeler and I only made TWO bikes of which one ended up in-game without textures and the other remained as buggy .z3d file
Nonetheless I'll try to upload more stuff I made, and these shouldn't have issues
and big thanks to anyone who liked/downloaded it!

@Jeansowaty I can't help with 3dmax because I hardly know how to use it. I create mods in ZModeler. And what scripts do you use to work with WFT?

@VLODKOS I've been told something similar but I work in 3dsMax and have no idea how to select UV2 or UV1 or whatever. There's just one editor for UV Mapping :(

@Jeansowaty You just need to edit channel with dirt. It's probably UV2. You need to reduce the islands and place them on the texture. It's pretty simple. I thought your mapping was stretched and that's why you removed the dirt, you can see on the screenshot that the mapping is fine, you just need to set it up a little

Sounds like a good idea but I doubt I can twist the mesh good enough to make it look good. Nonetheless I'll keep it in mind.

are you interested in making a wagon verison of the hakumai? no one has made one yet for gta 4. and i thought it would be a cool addon or a cool replacement for a wagon such as the stratum.

From what I can tell you can add 2 more liveries easily to the .wtd, I just didn't do any cuz I figured since the IV beaters have two, this one should too :3 as for other cars, I actually have a bunch of older cars to release, including some I released on GTAForums for now. I've been more of a bike guy because they're easier to do but eventually I'll start dropping all of them here when I perfect handling lines and whatnot for them.

I basically got rid of the dirt map from the bodyshell itself, so it's gonna look a bit more clean but then again the body has a livery that makes it look shite so I don't think it's gonna be that horrible looking. Not as bad as the pic above...
I'm not that great at modding cars yet, but from what I can tell this issue comes from the fact the mapping of the Marbelle is very stretched out from the main box. I'm sorry for not being able to fix it but if I somehow will be able, I will do it for sure! :)

what do you mean "dirt doesn't appear properly"? I don't check your model, but I can assume that you are using a material in which skin and dirt use the same channel. you can just assign another material where liveries will use their channel and dirt their
