The Lamborghini Murcielago LP 640 ported from NFS ProStreet with a working rotating steering wheel.
Two variants included, one with Pegassi badges + LC plate and one with Lamborghini badges + ProStreet plate
Use https://gtaforums.com/topic/955449-iv-zolikapatch/ to make the steering wheel move
The car fits into the game's memory limits and doesn't cause taxi bug.
