When the tires looks like they're flying is because a bug from the ENB, the ENB make more shinny the tires, is not like in GTAV.
A completely recomendation is make a readme inside the file because sometimes people don't want to replace the car for default, u can take the lines from the handling and vehicles.ide and put it in the readme and now everyone can replace any 2 door car.
