Either use Sultan lines for this car or replace the Sultan with it

@limapalon I've reconverted the car, fixed collisions and emissive lights, waiting for approval, it should be approved when the preview pics have changed

Using the original Carcol lines from the original Sultan won't match this model (This car would fit better on the "Car3" section), the collisions are a bit fucky on the rear (Car's apparently longer than it should be. Reused collisions from the IV Sultan?). Otherwise? A good yet lazy convert.
