You dont need to know russian. The numbers are the same in english so if you have ever modded before you would know how to do it. Just download a different one and follow the instructions. Then you would know how to do it.

daekol: there are strongly recommended to use the included Handling line, don`t change it with something else. But... you can change it and make even more cool setup and post it here ;)
