Hey, Killatomate, are you the same person who makes the custom handling? If so, gj. Anyways Rockstar has a rather vague page of error codes here: http://www.rockstargames.com/support/gta4pc/GTAIV_Error_Codes_ALL_EN.html
BTW I had this kind of error but not the same code just 2 days ago, and I fixed using the previous version tool in windows 7. It's also in Vista btw. Hopefully this saves you the pain of a reinstall. Keep up the good work btw.

i get the following errors:
CTD: "SMPA50"
CTD: "SMPA60"
CTD: "unknown error"
any suggestions?
