To Add this Mod,
1)Download "Main.scm"
2)Replace "Main.scm" inside "\GTA3\data" with the Modded one.
To Play this Mod,
* You must begin a new game for this Mod to take effect
*Kill Anyone, Destroy anything
*Start new, No intro mission
*Free roam a finished game
*No load files needed
*Combine with Excessive Arsenal Mod for complete chaos!
Bugs:
Many Mission Markers exist in the form of Brief Cases, Avoid These!
