Inspired by Proper Radar for GTA SA, a proper opaque radar map for GTA III.
While a similar mod already exists on libertycity.net, that version of the map is not in HD. This version made by TomYEET converts the HD Radar by DimZet to add black roads and blue water on the map, resulting in a more defined map that remains faithful to the original.
I made some additional corrections to the map, such as adding the runways at Francis International Airport, and removing the infamous Ghost Town on the map (as it's not meant to be shown at all).
Installation

Installation
- Simply extract and place the `HD Opaque Radar` folder into the `modloader` folder.
- For users who also have Interactive Pause Menu Map installed, edit the mod's `IIIMenuMap.ini` and set the background color from `0 0 0 255` to `115 135 175 255`.
- TomYEET for the converted radar
- DimZet for the original HD Radar map
- Meesmoth for minor corrections
