World Trade Center + LadyLiberty

This mod allows you to simply place the WTC Folder and Miss Liberty folder directly into your modloader file for GTA 3.

add these lines to the bottom of your gta3.dat file in the data file of your gta 3 directory folder; this should allow the statue of liberty to appear in game. The WTC mod only needs to be placed into the modloader.
