@Jarone I think it's one of those model made for rendering that has like millions of triangles (think hum3d)...in the side profile image you can see it has 3D modelled treads and a generic interior (usually these film-quality models never have detailed interiors..) I mean, it's a pretty unique car that has never seen a GTA game before, I'll give it that...but seriously people should consider optimizing their models before porting them to these simple old games!!!
(And no, more polys does not equal more detail! Textures exist for a reason 
)

@Jarone lol it's the biggest car mod for VC. the Original game exe has only 45MB streaming memory so I think he run the game take this screenshot then the game crashed
but he really did a great work, and ah it's VC Yura we need US plates bro
