This mod turns Claude into an African American Protagonist. Note I made this skin and this skin is not no reupload from another site.
This skin also changes his Prison outfit as well.
I decided to make a Black Claude skin since there isn't many Claude skins that isn't Black/African American
Note: This skin was from my small GTA 3 project called "GTA III EnhanceD"
