This mod requires ScriptHookV by Alexander Blade.
Just drop the SyncTime.asi into your Grand Theft Auto V directory, and start the game up.
Once in game, the ingame time will always be synced to your system time.

I think this is for people who want GTA V to have real time sync. This means that when a hour goes past in real life (outisde of the game), an hour goes past in GTA V as well.
