Why the car don't have grey wheels in-game? It only spawns with black colors, and i don't like it

@minhtroller Bit late reply but the problem is, you haven´t done anything wrong. The game just doesn´t handle them. As Voodoo is a loco low tuner, the game doesn´t allow to use the transfenders tuning parts. The way I got the pictures is that for a brief moment I changed the vehicles.ide so Voodoo is not a lowrider anymore. Same goes with the police cars.
Maybe there is a an outside mod that can over ride this stupid restriction

so i installed it correctly, step by step but when i try to tune the car it doesnt work. it only show option to change the color, the wheel and add nitro. but i know there are more than that. same thing goes with the police car. help please!
