Açıklama
Diego da Silva Costa, Spanish footballer who plays for EPL club Chelsea F.C. as a striker. Model extracted from Pro Evolution Soccer 2015 and converted to SA by Feisal AR.
You can replace any pedestrian with this skin.
Installation
1. Use IMG Tools (or others) to open "gta3.img"
2. Search "wmyst.dff" and "wmyst.txd"
3. Replace with the one in downloaded archive
4. Rebuild archive

@Retz: You're welcome. Toni Kroos is up, check out author's website for download. I don't think I'll make skins for GTA IV. I prefer jumping straight to GTA V.
